We do our very best to deliver your product as soon as possible. We process every order within 48 hours. Once the order has been processed, please allow 2-4 weeks for U.S Domestic delivery and 4-6 weeks for International delivery.

1. I made a mistake in my order! What can I do?

We process orders within 48 hours so if you let us know early enough, we will do our very best to change your order.

 
2. I ordered multiple items. Why did I only get 1?
 
Most items are shipped individually simply because it makes logistics easier and helps us keep the prices low. Do not worry, your other products are on their way and will arrive shortly!

3. Where are my items coming from?

Some of our  items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China, that helps us keep our prices low.

4. How do I track my order?

If you feel the need to track your order please email us at support@goepicstore.com and we will give you a tracking number that you can use in the section "TRACK MY ORDER"

5. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of the purchase date. We do not accept cancels after that because the order has typically been processed by then.

6. Can I return my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless the item arrives defective or damaged so please make sure to choose carefully the variants (size, color, material, etc) of your items. 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and "free + shipping" offers cannot be refunded. You can review our refund policy here.
